What is our product(s) exchange/return policy?
Product(s) Exchange Policy
- Product(s) in new and original condition can be exchanged within three days from the date of purchase.
- The original receipt and product packaging attached with its original labels is required for exchange in store.
- Exchange is not allowed for compression stockings, face masks, food thickener, nutritional feeds, protein supplements and promotional price product(s).
- Product(s) purchased from our physical stores or via our delivery service can only be exchanged in our physical store between the allocated time of noon to closing time from Monday to Saturday.
- Our company reserves the right to refuse any exchange request at the company’s discretion.
Product(s) Return Policy
- Goods sold are strictly non-refundable.
