That's why we offer a 5% discount on eligible regular-priced healthcare products purchased for children aged 12 years and below at our retail store.

How to Enjoy the Discount

Parents or guardians must inform our team before payment that they are purchasing healthcare products for a child aged 12 years or below and wish to enjoy the children's discount.

The discount is not applied automatically and must be requested at the point of purchase.

Our team may ask for the child's first name, year of birth and suitable identification to verify age eligibility. We may also seek clarification to confirm that the products are genuinely intended for the eligible child's use.

Identification documents are used for verification purposes only and are not ordinarily copied or retained.

Requests made after payment has been completed are not eligible for retrospective discounts or price adjustments.

Who Is Eligible?

The discount is available to parents or guardians purchasing eligible healthcare products genuinely intended for children aged 12 years and below.

Eligibility is based on the intended user of the product, rather than its product category alone.

Some healthcare products may be suitable for both children and adults. Such products qualify for the discount only when genuinely purchased for an eligible child's use.

Where a purchase contains products intended for both children and adults, the discount applies only to the eligible children's items.

Parents or guardians purchasing products for more than one eligible child may enjoy the discount on qualifying items within the same transaction.

There is no minimum spending requirement.

Discount Conditions

The discount is 5% off eligible regular-priced healthcare products purchased for children aged 12 years and below.
Parents or guardians must request the discount and identify the eligible products before payment is completed.
The discount is available for purchases made in person at Tong Hai Medical's retail store.
The discount does not apply to purchases arranged through our delivery service.
It cannot be combined with promotional prices, other discounts or special offers.
There is no minimum spending requirement.
The discount applies only to products genuinely intended for the eligible child's use, not products intended for adults.
Customers may be asked to provide information or identification reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
Tong Hai Medical may decline the discount where the applicable conditions are not met or eligibility cannot reasonably be established.
The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to completed transactions.

The discount is subject to its applicable conditions and may be revised or withdrawn for future purchases. Any changes will not affect discounts already confirmed as part of an accepted transaction.
